Unless otherwise stated, Statly and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Statly. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Statly for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Statly
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Statly
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Statly
- Redistribute content from Statly
Parts of this platform offer an opportunity for users to submit, upload, or post content. Statly does not screen, edit, publish or review this content. Opinions expressed by third parties on Statly do not reflect the views of Statly.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Statly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Statly.
5. Data Accuracy and Reliability
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Statly makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the data provided through our platform.
Users acknowledge that statistical data may be subject to revision by the original sources and that historical data may be revised retroactively. Users should verify critical information with the original source before making decisions based on the data.
Statly is not liable for any errors or omissions in the data or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the data.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Statly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Statly shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Service or any services or items obtained through the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
